I like the advice, I just want more! More specific throwing and cutting techniques, if anyone possibly has them. Advice for handlers who are getting shut down as the dump. Thanks for writing this article!

Honestly, one thing I do if I'm matched up against someone better than me, but my teammates aren't, is to just clear out of the dump space and let someone else handle so my team is guaranteed more resets. Sometimes the best solution is to just take their best defender somewhere that they can't cause turnovers.
If I know before the point starts that something like this might happen, I'll discuss it with my teammates on the line: "hey, I'll start as a handler but if so-and-so is guarding me, I'll clear out and you come handle".
Aside from that, I'd definitely suggest using the box out concepts I discuss in this article (if you haven't read it already!):
